Ninja Kiwi buffed the Tack Paragon in update 49 by reducing it’s ability cooldown for the meteor ability. But from what i have seen, i don’t think thats gonna be enough to make it a good option for alot of ranked situations. Today we will attempt to find out by playing timed bloonarius using only tacks!
