In the twilight of the Oceanic ladder for Tribes 2, A E T H E R joined the Oceanic ladder to see if they could make it up to #1. /X/ & iM & sh had long since left the ladder & Ohm had departed a few months prior to this too. I believe AE were #1 at the time of this match.
Jumping up quickly past three of the lower ranked teams AETHER got a shot at #1… and were firmly beaten down in two relatively noncompetitive maps.
