A little over a year ago, Vivendi shut down the Tribes 2 master servers. Many saw it as the end of an era, but a group of dedicated gamers created their own multiplayer patch to replace it, called Tribes Next. Tribes 2 then became free for anyone to download and create an account for. This ushered in a revival as thousands of players came back or even began playing for the first time. Pick up games and even the TWL 7 man classic CTF ladder returned for everyone to enjoy. Today, Tribes 2 is still alive and populated. This is all footage captured by me playing in the Tribes Next era. Tribes 2 – the greatest and most fun online shooter of all time!
